Initial Step: Acquiring DSC and DIN For directors registering a Private Limited Company in India, obtaining a DSC and DIN is imperative. These identifiers are required for filing company registration paperwork. To acquire them, you must submit specific scanned documents and relevant details. Second Step: Approval of Company Name You must submit a selection of up to six proposed company names to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
