Initial Step: Acquiring DSC and DIN For directors registering a Private Limited Company in India, obtaining a DSC and DIN is necessary. These credentials are required for filing company registration paperwork. To get them, you must submit specific scanned documents and relevant details. Step Two: Getting Name Approval You need to submit a set of one to six proposed company names to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Step 3: Drafting MOA and AOA Electronically The Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) must be drafted electronically using Spice MOA (INC-33) and Spice AOA (INC-34). This procedure usually requires a couple of days for completion.

Step 4: Company Registration After drafting e-MOA and e-AOA, you have to submit the incorporation Spice Form INC-32 along with links to Spice MOA (INC-33) and Spice AOA (INC-34) to the MCA. The MCA typically approves the incorporation application within a week, depending on their workload. It is required to apply for forms 49A and 49B alongside SPICe. Failure to submit these forms within 2 days of submitting SPICe (INC-32) may cause your application to be rejected as ‘Invalid’.
