These credentials are required for filing company registration paperwork. To obtain them, you must submit specific scanned documents and relevant details. Step 2: Name Approval You need to submit a list of 1 to 6 proposed company names to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The acceptance depends on name availability, adherence to naming guidelines, and MCA’s timeframe. Typically, name approval is received within 2 to 3 working days.
