Step Two: Getting Name Approval You need to submit a selection of 1 to 6 proposed company names to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The MCA typically approves the incorporation application within several working days, depending on their workload. It is mandatory to apply for forms 49A and 49B alongside SPICe. Failure to submit these forms within 48 hours of submitting SPICe (INC-32) may cause your application to be rejected as ‘Invalid’.
