Initial Step: Acquiring DSC and DIN Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN) are essential for directors involved in Private Limited Company registration in India. The MCA typically processes the incorporation application within a week, depending on their workload. It is required to apply for forms 49A and 49B alongside SPICe.
