Initial Step: Acquiring DSC and DIN For directors registering a Private Limited Company in India, obtaining a DSC and DIN is imperative. Step Two: Getting Name Approval You must submit a selection of up to six proposed company names to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
