Step 1: Obtaining DSC and DIN Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN) are crucial for directors involved in Private Limited Company registration in India. These documents must be submitted for filing company registration paperwork. To acquire them, you must submit specific scanned documents and relevant details. Second Step: Approval of Company Name You must submit a selection of 1 to 6 proposed company names to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
