Step 1: Obtaining DSC and DIN For directors registering a Private Limited Company in India, obtaining a DSC and DIN is imperative. These credentials are required for filing company registration paperwork. To obtain them, certain scanned documents and details need to be provided. Step Two: Getting Name Approval You need to submit a selection of 1 to 6 proposed company names to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Step 4: Company Registration After drafting e-MOA and e-AOA, you need to submit the incorporation Spice Form INC-32 together with links to Spice MOA (INC-33) and Spice AOA (INC-34) to the MCA. The MCA typically processes the incorporation application within 5 to 7 days, depending on their workload. It is mandatory to apply for forms 49A and 49B alongside SPICe. Failure to submit these forms within 2 days of submitting SPICe (INC-32) may cause your application to be rejected as ‘Invalid’.
