When (1) a new project or (2) an established industry seeks to increase its industrial activities or introduce any technological modifications to the manufacturing process, the Pollution Control Board must renew the industry’s consent to operate.
The new industry must submit an application for permission to the Haryana Pollution Control Board, together with the associated paperwork, fees, and conditions. The nodal official carefully examines the applicant’s request for the Haryana Pollution Control Board’s approval.
Each PUC certificate has a six-month expiration date. As a result, in order to receive a new PUC certificate every six months, you must have your car inspected and retested for pollutant emission levels.
