CBIC Sets Nov 1, 2026 Deadline for Finance Act Sections 153‑155
India’s Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has announced November 1, 2026 as the official filing date for Sections 153 to 155 of the Finance Act 2026. Companies must submit their annual returns by October 29, 2026, while MCA has extended the AOC‑4 filing deadline to December 31, 2026 and the MGT‑7 filing deadline to January 31, 2027 for FY 2025‑26.
