ICAI Updates and Audits

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (*ICAI*) has been active in recent times, with several key announcements and updates. The *ICAI* has published its 77th annual report and accounts for the year 2025-26.
Additionally, several companies have appointed new statutory auditors, including:
- Mangalam Industrial Finance, which has appointed Arun Ratnawat as its statutory auditor
- Radico Khaitan, which has reappointed Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as its statutory auditor for five years
- Arvind SmartSpaces, which has appointed Walker Chandiok as its statutory auditor
Some auditors have also resigned from their positions, such as S R B C & Co LLP, which has resigned as the statutory auditor for Arvind SmartSpaces subsidiaries.
