iPhone 14 Pro Scam
A Mumbai consumer court has ordered Flipkart and a seller to pay over Rs 1.8 lakh to a customer who received beard oil instead of an iPhone 14 Pro that they had ordered, the court has also directed Apple India to pay the customer Rs 5000 as compensation for the mental agony caused by the entire ordeal, the customer was made to run from pillar to post to get their complaint addressed

The Mumbai consumer court has ordered Flipkart and the seller to pay over Rs 1.8 lakh to the customer as compensation.
- The court has directed Apple India to pay the customer Rs 5000 for the mental agony caused by the ordeal,
- The customer had to go through a lot of trouble to get their complaint addressed,
- The court has also directed Flipkart to refund the cost of the iPhone to the customer and pay an additional Rs 10000 as compensation for the defective product
