MCA Extends FY25‑26 Filing Deadlines, Aegis Vopak Reports No Action
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the FY2025‑26 AOC‑4 filing deadline to 31 December 2026 and the MGT‑7 annual return deadline to 31 January 2027, with a fee waiver for filings submitted by 29 October 2026.
