MCA Pushes FY 2025-26 Filing Deadlines to End 2026
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has pushed the FY 2025‑26 annual return deadline (AOC‑4) to 31 December 2026, while keeping the filing dates for Form MGT‑7 and MGT‑7A unchanged. The change does not alter the schedule for holding Annual General Meetings, meaning companies must still conduct AGMs as previously required.
