MSME Ministry and MoSPI Sign Data‑Sharing MoU
The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) have signed a memorandum of understanding to exchange Udyam Registration data, with the goal of strengthening the Statistical Business Register, improving the accuracy of MSME statistics, and enabling more effective policy planning and monitoring across the sector. The agreement allows real‑time data sharing to better track MSME performance and support government initiatives.
