MSMEs Registration Update

The Ministry said the Udyam Registration Portal provides MSMEs with necessary benefits and support for growth and development.
Key features of the Udyam Registration Portal include:
- Simplified registration process
- Access to benefits and support
- Encouragement for formalisation of MSMEs
The registration process has been simplified to encourage more enterprises to formalize their businesses, over 8.9 crore enterprises have been registered under the Udyam platforms, supporting the formalisation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
