New Syllabus Released for Centralized CBT/TBT Promotion Exams
The board issued a notification (letters dated 23 Jan 2026 and 16 Apr 2026) outlining the syllabus for the upcoming centralized Computer Based Test (CBT) and Telephone Based Test (TBT) used to promote staff to Group B positions. The curriculum covers core labour statutes such as the Factories Act, Employees’ Compensation Act, Payment of Wages Act and the Minimum Wages Act, guiding candidates on the key topics they must master for the exams.
