ROC Extends CRA-4 Filing Deadline to Dec 31 2026
India’s Ministry of Corporate Affairs announced that the filing deadline for the CRA-4 annual return for fiscal year 2025-26 has been pushed back to December 31, 2026. Companies that miss the original cut‑off must now ensure compliance by the new date, or face penalties and possible rejection of their returns by the Registrar of Companies.
