The application is filed on gst.gov.in. Documents are uploaded, principal place of business and any additional places are mapped, and HSN and SAC codes are entered against goods and services. Aadhaar OTP is the first authentication path; ARN is issued on submission.
For Surat applicants, several Ahmedabad pin codes, and certain higher-risk profiles, the system schedules a biometric appointment at a Gujarat Seva Provider (GSP) or GST Seva Kendra (GSK). You attend with originals โ the visit itself is under 30 minutes when paperwork is in order.
