Slot availability is tighter in Chennai than in Coimbatore or Madurai; advance booking inside the ARN window matters.
The proper officer may issue REG-03 seeking clarifications on documents, place of business proof, or signatory authority. Response through REG-04 within 7 working days. Once accepted, REG-06 (the registration certificate) is issued and GSTIN is allotted. Average end-to-end timeline is 7-15 working days.
