The framework covers Schedule I (waste categories with associated codes), Schedule II (concentration thresholds for hazardousness), Schedule III (waste suitable for recycling / co-processing), Schedule IV-VI (specific transboundary movement schedules), and Schedule VII (Form 1-12 statutory forms). The Basel Convention informs transboundary movement rules.
