What Year-One Compliance Looks Like

• AOC-4 (annual financial statements): Within 180 days from the financial year-end — not 30 days like a Pvt Ltd, because an OPC does not hold an AGM.

An OPC has fewer compliance items than a Pvt Ltd — no AGM, simpler annual return — but the items that exist are non-negotiable. Penalties for late ADT-1 or AOC-4 accumulate per day and they add up quickly.

Where OPC Incorporations Go Wrong in Chennai
