Most applications are auto-approved if documents are complete. You pay the licence fee online; the portal issues a provisional certificate same-day. Final licence arrives within 10 working days.
For food, eating houses, clinics, and polluting trades, the ULB schedules an inspection. The health officer, sanitary inspector, fire officer, or pollution officer visits the premises to verify fire exits, space, equipment, and hygiene. We accompany you or send a brief on your behalf. Most inspections pass without issues if premises are ready. Any defect is flagged; you get 3–7 days to fix and request re-inspection.
Depending on your trade: FSSAI (for food), Eating House (police, for restaurants), Pollution NOC (for manufacturing/kitchen), Drug Licence (for pharmacy), Clinical Establishment (for clinics/hospitals), Factory Registration (for manufacturing). Each has its own application, inspection, and fee. We file all applicable licences in parallel to compress timelines. Trade Licence typically arrives first (10 days); specialized licences follow in 20–60 days.
