The NOC Pollution Control Board plays a crucial role in regulating and monitoring pollution levels in industries to ensure compliance with environmental laws. The board also issues directives and policies on pollution management and renewal of “consent to operate” is mandatory for entrepreneurs after its expiry. To modernize industrial plants and manage air and water pollution, NOC from the Pollution Control Board is essential under the provisions of the Water Pollution Act, 1974, and Air Pollution Act, 1981.

Registration Process

FAQ's Pollution NOC :-

When (1) a new project or (2) an established industry seeks to increase its industrial activities or introduce any technological modifications to the manufacturing process, the Pollution Control Board must renew the industry’s consent to operate.
The new industry must submit an application for permission to the Haryana Pollution Control Board, together with the associated paperwork, fees, and conditions. The nodal official carefully examines the applicant’s request for the Haryana Pollution Control Board’s approval.
Each PUC certificate has a six-month expiration date. As a result, in order to receive a new PUC certificate every six months, you must have your car inspected and retested for pollutant emission levels.
Any type of manufacturing body must get consent to operate in order to exist. All operations relating to industrial activities and production would require such consent in order to be carried out.
